Shipping & Returns

Shipping: By making a purchase on www.gellipop.com, you acknowledge that you have read the shipping policy of www.gellipop.com as mentioned in this page and abide to agree by them. Any disputes arising between person(s) and www.gellipop.com will be settled by arbitration with a neutral third party in the state of California.

All in-stock products will ship the next business day. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. If merchandise cannot be shipped, we will contact you within 72 hours/3 business days by email to inform you of the reason. Applicable Sales Tax will be charged on all orders delivered to an address in California. (Most of Presto & Kokoist products are shipped separately via First Class USPS mail unless you arrange to choose Priority Services.)

Domestic orders include all orders within the 50 United States & will be shipped via USPS on check out process unless other arrangements are made.

USPS & UPS: From 2 to 5 business days delivery for items in stock. Order processing, handling, and delivery times are not guaranteed and may be delayed by high order volumes. Delivery options shown at checkout include delivery time estimates provided by the carrier. These are estimates only and do not include processing time. All deliveries are dependent on availability of products. We provide no guarantee for specific delivery date/time. 

UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

Free shipping on orders of $175 or more to all locations in the Unites States. Orders shipping for free will be shipped with the cheapest option (may not able to use USPS Priority). 

Return: Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are submitted. Please be advised due to the nature of the products we are currently not accepting returns on any goods. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Pre-Order & Back Order items: Please note that "Pre-Order and/or Back-Order" items and any orders containing "Pre-Order and/or Back-Order" items will be put on hold until it becomes available. Should you need other items immediately please order them separately as we do not split orders.

International orders: For orders being shipped outside of USA, the total shown DOES NOT include the final shipping costs. The final invoice will be emailed to you and will include the actual shipping costs. Should you require special shipping terms, please contact us prior to purchase via our contact page.

Typically shipments arrive within 7-10 days but please allow up to 60 days at times depending on the custom situation with your country.

Store Pickup: Please use special code "STORE" when you check out for whom would like to pick up your order at GELLIPOP store front during our business hours(Tue.-Fri. 11AM-3PM)

No refund: for any shipping, classes that you signed up and paid for unless we cancel the class.
